Services and subscriptions are provided as described on the product page. Once activated, cancellation or refund may not be applicable unless explicitly stated.
If you face issues such as an amount debited but service not activated, payment failure with deduction, or duplicate payment, we will validate the transaction and coordinate with the selected payment provider to investigate. If a refund or adjustment is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method by the payment provider or through their settlement channel.
Refunds apply only for technical non-delivery, duplicate/excess payments, or other cases described in our policy. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflected within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider's processing times. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, contact paymentsupport@appetenza.com for escalation — we will coordinate with the payment provider until the issue is resolved.
